Newbie from Georgia

Hello all. My name is Keith Long and I am from Leesburg, Ga. which is between Albany and Americus in southwest Ga.
I have been lurking for a while and decided to jump in. I think this is a great site and have enjoyed reading all the post's.
I have flipped two houses in the past and loved every minute of it.I did real well with them both. I just loved buying something ugly and turning it into something that people would want to live in.
I am ready to get back into the game again. I will be doing it part time and hope to do at least two or three houses a year. My first two were when you needed no money down but now that that has changed I will need to have some help. I hope to do some networking to get started again. If any of you know someone from my area please let me know.
