Happily "stumbled" across biggerpockets.com looking for seller financing forums and decided to join. You all seem like a lively crowd so I'm happy to participate in the conversation.

New to note brokering (independent) and have already made a few great connections with investors, so I'm looking to dig into seller financing and ramp up my learning there.
