College Grad Starting in Real Estate

Hi,

My name is Brian and am a recent grad from OSU! Currently, I am working in the finance industry in the Columbus area and looking to acquire potentially foreclosed single to multi family properties in the area. I was a dual major (real estate & finance) in college and even got my Argus commercial real estate DCF license through a course there. I have interest in the value add, buy and hold strategy to generate cash flow and build equity. I am in the stage of saving money to invest or potentially looking to partner to acquire the process. The website has been an incredible resource for me so if anyone has any advice or education I'd love to hear it. Whether it be the negotiation, financing, value add strategies that work, etc. Look forward to hearing from the community and building a bigger, better RE network!
