New MHP investor in Salt Lake City

I've been doing a lot of reading and learning on the site about mobile home park investing and ownership over the last couple months and am now looking forward to getting into my first park. I'm 40 years old and looking to start actively investing in RE. I have a little money ready to invest but I'm looking for the right opportunity. My ultimate goal is recurring passive income. Looking forward to interacting with the community!

@Derek Williams

Check out the podcast "Real Estate Investing for Cash Flow" by Kevin Bupp.

It's a GOLDMINE of information for new MHP investors. I own a small (41 space) park and have actively run and managed it for 6 years now, but I still gained a ton of knowledge from Kevin.

Best of Luck!
