Hi everyone!

My name is Sebastion and I am a US Navy veteran, single parent of two and live in Colorado. I am new to real estate investing, but not new to real estate and have lots of experience on the construction side. I am currently a freelance photographer specializing in 360° virtual tours for real estate professionals as well as a huge internet company. My goal is to become a full time real estate investor mainly to help my kids achieve a better life than mine. I have been a long time bigger pockets podcast listener and I finally decided to pull the trigger, join the community so I could meet and surround myself and my family with like-minded folks, all while helping others along the way.
