hello everyone!

I'm Jen! I currently own and rent out single family residences. I got into the real estate market by rehabbing my first house purchase that my husband and I lived in at first but eventually rented out after we fixed it up. I started managing a very large Estate in Beverly Hills for a high profile person and did that for a few years. I learned a lot on the job and after having a baby recently I knew I wanted to continue to be in business for myself. I'm looking to do more fix and holds and get into fix and flips full time.

What has held us back in the past was finding funding for these projects but now it seems the other way around where we are struggling to find  good deals for flips. Hoping to network with other investors, grow our business, and continue to learn.

Thanks for reading this intro. I'd love to hear from other members here too!
