I am new to real estate investing but very motivated to start.  I am looking into properties in SC (Sumter) and I wanted to know what I should be looking for, as I have never done this before.  I want rentals, that don't need too much repair.  But I also want to build a small team, that would comprise of an appraiser and a handyman and a mortgage broker.
