Howdy All,

I am new to BP and joining as a recent graduate from the Master's of Real Estate program at Texas A&M. While I will be starting a career consulting in commercial real estate, I have long dreamt of getting my hands dirty with a single family home flip. I will be moving to the Dallas area (Addison) shortly and look forward to learning all there is to know about this new market and eventually jumping in head-first.
