Newbie From Mcallen,RGV, Texas

Hey BP I'm a newbie Down here in The Rio Grande Valley(Mcallen) Texas looking to get into REI. I'm starting from scratch with no money wholesaling. I'm looking to network, maybe find a coach/mentor or a partner with similar interest in the area.

I went to a real estate seminar just recently with Fortune Builders who is headed by Than Merril which in turn piqued my interest. I plan on wholesaling homes until i earn enough money to rehab homes myself and either join Thans mastery program/system or continue doing for myself but pay for coaching cause you can never learn enough.

Im eager and willing and hopefully meet some nice genuine people who can help me achieve success in the market.
