On the road to early retirement

Hello,

My name is Mark. I am 29 years old. My wife and I live in Federal Way, WA. We purchased our first house in 2009.  I have a beginner level knowledge of real estate investing and I have spoken to other real estate investors.

My goal is to retire from a full time job, before the age of 40. I plan to accomplish this with the following Goals.

*Pay my house off within the next 5 years. Currently 160K of principle is remaining on a 15 year mortgage.

*Buy 8 rental properties generating approximately $300/mo each over the next 10 years.

*Continue to fund my 401k.

I look forward to learning and growing with all of you.

Thanks!

-Mark
