I'm the noob. I've placed some bids but haven't closed. I'm just getting started and heard this is the place to get some advice and experience. 

I want to build a portfolio of rentals.

Do I start with MFH or SFH?

20% down or first time loan?

Wait to pay it off or keep expanding?

Any advice is appreciated and I thank you in advance.
