Hello. I'm a new member from East Tennessee. I've recently started researching the possible real estate opportunities available to me in my area. I have an interest in multi family unit rental properties. Through my research, I've found this site mentioned from several sources. Within the next five years, I want to be established in such a way that insures steady income from my real estate investments.
