A proper introduction - New from the ATL area

Hi all, I have done a couple posts, but wanted to make a proper introduction. I am new to real estate investing, but have always been interested since reading "Rich Dad Poor Dad"a few years ago. I have been reading, listening to podcasts and in general, trying to absorb as much as I can. Over the next year, I will be studying the market, analyzing deals, saving $ & working on credit. I am also looking into getting my RE License I'm driven, and I'm a hard worker. I really enjoy being an entrepreneur, and have experience running my own business. I would love to partner with experienced real estate professionals who would be willing to help me with analyzing deals, negotiating with sellers & lenders etc. In exchange, I am willing to work on rehabs in exchange for info on rehab costs, provide admin assistance and whatever else that my time & abilities allow. I look forward to learning and growing with you all!
