Entrepreneur, but New To Real Estate Investing. Provo, Utah.

I'm new to real estate, but not new to entrepreneurship. I started my first business -repairing bikes- when I was eleven years old. I've always had an insane drive and work ethic and I can't understand how anybody wouldn't want to be an entrepreneur.

I'm particularly interested in doing real estate full time, I'm mainly interested in buying multi-family real estate, but I'd like to flip a few houses first in order to build my track record.

I've done a lot of online marketing and I have experience in google advertising, facebook advertising, bing advertising, SEO (a little bit), email marketing, web design, and more. I also know how to outsource tasks (such as data entry, graphic design, and web design) overseas for a small fraction of the price that one would pay in the United States.  I'm looking forward to using these skills to give an extra edge to my real estate ventures.

I recently returned from France where I lived 2 years as a volunteer for my church. There I further improved on my work ethic as I worked 14 hours/day 7 days/week.

Since returning to the United States I've decided that real estate is the best business for me, as it is a business for which there will always be a market. I'm here on the forum to learn as much as possible.

I'm really looking forward to getting to know the great people on BiggerPockets!
