Hi! New here, obviously. My dad, sis, and I just started working with rentals. Looking to connect with anyone in the Lubbock, TX area. Specifically interested in Multifam properties and rental single fams, as we are really looking to build a portfolio. Been a fan of the podcasts for a bit now, and in some ways I feel like I know a few of you already. Finally decided to take the plunge and sign on to the forum to see how much I can learn from and contribute to all you folks!
