Hello! I've actually been on for a few months but never introduced myself. I'm a newbie investor in Rochester, NY, seeking to learn as much as I can about multi-family investing. My goal is to eventually acquire an apt. building and begin commercial investing. I appreciate any advice that you are willing to share.  😊
