Hi members,
My name is Corey and I am new to the world of real estate and bigger pockets. I am currently in the process of purchasing my first home (primary residence) with a VA loan in the Tampa Bay area. Once I get settled with the move I plan on investing in long term rental properties. I'm unsure how long I would need to wait between purchases before I can apply for another loan. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
