Howdy BP!

Been reading posts on BP.com for awhile now and recently joined. I'm from Southern CA and have a sweet full time schedule of only three days a week! (Completely serious)

I have a lot of time off, so I recently started a side business doing clean-up work (mostly hauling trash) and plan to use the income from it to fund my real estate investing.

Initial investment goal is to have $25,000 in capital by end Feb 2017 to use towards purchasing a SFH with intent to Buy/Hold/Rent, and continue to purchase properties using RE as my primary investment vehicle. During the mean time I analyze 5-7 deals per week in a few different markets, and I'm coming to realize how much I enjoy the analysis portion.

My end goal is to “retire” from my corporate job in 15 years. I’m 25 now and have some lofty goals, and really just want to spend my time fishing, hunting, hot rodding, and enjoying the company of my beautiful family.

Love the site and hope to one day contribute myself.
