I just wanted to start by saying how appreciative i am of this site and everybody playing a part within it. My name is Eric and i live in Charlotte, NC. My background is in construction and the skilled trades space. I currently am a licensed agent and invest in real estate with partners. There is a lot of information and experience i have gained throughout the years, however i continue to learn everyday, it never stops. Im here to contribute my thoughts and ideas and also to network with others in order to propel to the next level. My strengths include deal analyzing and strategies, BPOs, CMAs, rehabbing, property maintenance, and staging strategies. Thanks so much and look forward to our futures! Eric
