Hi everyone, My name is Steve and I am a transplanted Canadian living in Nassau, Bahamas for the past 10 years. I have spent the past 30 years in various capacities in the financial industry in a number of countries. I recently set up a Mortgage Brokerage business in the Bahamas because the traditional institutional lenders have tightened up there lending practices so much that  private and alternative lenders are required to provide mortgages locally.
