Hello bigger pockets community, my name is Ryan, I am 20 years old, and am working to get my start in the REI business. I live in Oak Park, but am looking in areas all around me. my short term goals are to buy a small multi family, preferably 3 units to buy and hold/rent, possibly occupy a unit, and maybe even house hack to add some value. I am new to the biz but have been learning as much as i can. If anyone is familiar with the area please reach out, i would love to get another investors thoughts who lives around here, mostly about specific areas and what kind of experience you have had. Glad to be a part of bigger pockets.
