Hi My name Is Robin Prettyman. I'm a licensed realtor of 10 years. I'm ready to pursue my dreams of real estate investing. I just need help figuring out where to begin. I want to buy cheap homes cash and HOLD them. I want monthly cash flow, but I want to flip a few of them first. HELP! I'm in the Cleveland Hts. Ohio area. I want to purchase in the suburbs.
