Greetings! I've been lurking and reading off and on for a few years now and just decided to get active. This is a great community of some very knowledgable people. I hope to meet a lot of you and hopefully even make some money together! 

Right now I am primarily investing in SFH-flipping, and buying and holding in Northwest Detroit (where I'm from) and Southfield, MI (where I live). I'm a Cass Tech, University of Michigan, and Wash U Law St Louis alum. Love connecting with and supporting my fellow alums!

I'm most interested in financing (I'm using all of my own cash right now), and maybe even finding some JV partners, or finding buyers for some of the properties I have FSBO.
