Hi, My name is Albert and I'm a Real Estate investor; specializing in Owner Financed Properties; Turnkey properties; and Wholesales.  I do some Joint Ventures some Flippers as well.

I live in the Woodlands; I currently have 5 houses that are Turnkey (tenant occupied; selling as income stream); and I have 3 owner financing houses.. all in the Woodlands!

I work with some partners who do Wholesaling and Rehabs.  If our GC's are available; then we take our own Wholesales and flip them; but if not; then we Wholesale them out.

My bread and butter is Turnkey and Owner Financing.  That's the "daytime" job.  Wholesale and Flipping is the "nighttime" job.
