Brian J.

My position as the Infrastructure Manager with my employer is to run Lease Hold Improvement for 25 branches all over the west coast.   I do not negotiate the deals, but act as a key influencer during the purchase, vendor selection and budget.  Once these are in place I use my experience to run the project from the permitting to the final occupancy.  I average 3 of these projects a year.

The skillset is something I can transfer for my own personal goals.  The initial goal is to figure out what skillsets I am missing in the process to do this for myself.

Hopefully I have come to the right place to learn.
