Hello everyone,

I bought my own house a little over a year ago with the first time home-buyers club and doing what you could call a live in flip. I bought it for the potential and am fixing it up currently. 

My brother and I are getting into starting our own real estate business and are looking at flipping homes along owning rental properties. We have our plan mapped out and are continually educating ourselves.
