Hello,

I'm Jim in Cheyenne, WY and I am new to BP. Currently I have one rental property but I would very much like to expand into buy and hold real estate. I work as a Cartographer (Map Maker) right now but I'd rather not spend the rest of my life sitting in front of a computer. My main goal with real estate is to shorten my time to retirement. Still figuring out the details on that. I stumbled onto Bigger Pockets and thought it would be a great place to learn more and meet other investors.

Right now I'm trying to educate myself and learn more. I'm looking for general info but I also have specific interest in buy and hold and really looking for info on getting started with that (financing, property mgmt, ...). Hope to talk more and maybe meet with BP folks.

Thanks,

Jim
