Hi all,

Happy Sunday/Mother's day! My name is Eddie Ng and I am enthusiastic about learning real estate investing. I recently lost my job and will be spearheading the learning process. If there are any individuals kind enough to take me under their wing preferably in the New York City area, that would be phenomenal. I would like to start wholesaling in other states to increase capital before pursuing flip & holds for passive income. Thanks for reading and have a wonderful Sunday! Who knows, maybe we can JV in the future.
