Short sweet intro 27 year old Railroader Current Residence: Chicago One rental in KY for last three years - same tenant no issues, self-managed Two rentals purchased in Central WI purchased last year, currently self-managed - looking for property management opportunity Both experiences have been great up to this point with minimal issues Currently moving back home to Chicago - seeking networking opportunities. Have always been interested in "flipping" homes and potentially wholesaling. Buy and hold investing has worked well for steady income and tax purposes - looking forward to a new chapter in real estate. I have started to develop a team to begin in home flipping (agent and repairmen) and want to keep developing my team into something larger.
