Hey Everyone, I'm Mike and I'm new to real estate investing. I'm currently trying to decide which avenue to take. I'm leaning towards rental properties but flipping houses or buying distressed properties sounds interesting to me as well. Currently researching all avenues and looking forward to getting started. All advice and help is welcomed! I'm from Wilmington, Delaware currently but work in the Philadelphia region and outside in the counties. I'm a project manager for a construction company on large scale commercial projects. I look forward to interacting with everyone and learning as much as possible.
