A little about me

I spent most of my life in Phoenix, Az. and moved out to Denver, Co. about 3 years ago to finish school. I graduated last year and I'm now a certified radiologic technologist. I've spent the last three years trying to cash flow school and pay off all my debt. Now that I am finished with school and will be out of debt before the end of this year, I have decided to start learning more about real estate. 

Although I currently live in the Denver area, after getting married later this year, my fiancé and I will be looking to move to the bay area. She was born and raised there and I also have family there. That is where we will be looking to purchase our first home.

Experience

I owned a home for a short while several years ago. I didn't know anything then and my ex and I bought it because we liked it and it was in our price range. I hope to do it a little better this next time.

Real Estate Goals

Right now I'm trying to learn the tools needed to make sound choices for my next home purchase. I do view real estate as a long term investment, so I have been considering things like multifamily and house hacking to start with.

Currently Seeking

Mainly advice and good sources of information. Being so new to real estate I'm not even sure if I know the right questions to ask yet.
