My name is Stephen O'Bryan. I'm fairly new to the real estate investing world, but learning as much as I can. I work full time as a project manager for a media and advertising company. I also work part time for a real estate investor fixing up the new properties he purchases and getting them ready for renters. That was actually my introduction to the real estate investing world. Over the next year I plan to continue working for my current investor employer, while bootstrapping my real estate investing education. My plan is to purchase my first property by May 2016, when I turn 30. By that time I hope to have gained some valuable real world experience through my work with an investor, while researching finance/purchase  strategies, and building a team. Looking forward to more time spent learning here at Bigger Pockets.
