I am a new member here and my wife and I are new to real estate in general.  We moved to Jacksonville one year ago to start my new job as a civil engineer and for her to finish her Masters degree in accounting.  Realistically, we are another year away from having all our ducks in a row financially but we want to get involved and start learning this business.  If anyone in the Jacksonville area would like help in doing any research or analyzing properties or deals or pretty much ANYTHING... we would like to offer our services.  We can't offer anything in the way of experience or wisdom but we are enthusiastic, pay attention to the details and are willing to learn and help in any way that we can.  No charge, obviously, we just want to learn.
