My name is Steven Washington and I am a newbie to real estate investing. My plan is to begin somewhere within this field, as a wholesaler before approaching other investment strategies, such as lease options, pre-foreclosures, etc. I look forward to networking and building new relationships with experienced investors or newcomers like myself.
