I am just starting out in the Raleigh/Durham area in NC and very blessed to have signed on to Bigger Pockets. I'm in the process of reading all the new books that I received once I signed on as a pro member I am looking forward to networking with some awesome people.  I will take any help I can get to stir me in the right direction.
