New Member for Florida

As it states, I'm a new member from Florida, located in the Gainesville/Ocala area. My name is Ryan, and I'm looking to further my knowledge of real estate investing and take action on some goals that have been stagnant. Specifically, I'd like to have a greater capacity to fix & flip, and do some buy & hold rentals. I don't have a real estate background (just a passion for it), but have had a couple of buy & hold properties, and currently renovating one in my area now. I'm interested in doing some things in my current area, as well as looking into opportunities in the New Orleans, LA area, where I'm originally from and have family that's heavily involved in real estate there. Need some help & wisdom.  Looking forward to learning and networking.
