Real Estate Investor in DC, Maryland, and Virginia

Hello Everyone!

I am just starting out in real estate (in the Washington DC Metro area) and was referred to Bigger Pockets by a friend who said that it was a great way to learn about investing. I have already purchased "The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs" and read through some of the site's materials and I agree.

I've found the questions, blog posts, and interactions extremely informative and look forward to contributing in the future.

My interests include wholesaling, flipping, and hard money lending.  I hope to flip houses and start accumulating a rental portfolio within the next couple of years.
