Hello. My name is Julius. I am new to real estate investing. Here to learn as much as I can and hopefully build a network of contacts to start doing deals. I am originally from St. Louis, MO and currently reside in Albuquerque, NM. 

My head has been spinning lately. I've signed up on email lists for all sorts of guru's. Lots of promises, lots of price tags. I started googling reviews and kept finding threads on biggerpockets about the guru's so I decided to join. I am glad I did.  There is a lot of information here and I'm happy to be a part of the community. 

Congrats to all the newbies who have posted their success stories here. I hope to post mine soon.
