New to Bigger Pockets from Buffalo MN

I happened across Bigger Pockets by way of a search engine and glad I did.  This place seems to have everything.  

I thought I would sign up and introduce myself to the group.  I am sort of new to real estate investing but not to the concept of fix and flip.  I have purchased and renovated 3 properties while living in them, selling each one for a profit.  Now its time to take it to the next level, I would like to do it without living in a mess all the time.  I think the wife would be happier as well.  I plan to purchase no less than 3 fix and flips by the end of this year and then start mixing in some long term residential and vacation rentals.  I currently hold a MN real estate license and currently in the process of obtaining my contractors license.

I believe I have a good start on my goals but always searching for more information to help with growth.  I have talked to several lenders, both for fix and flip as well as for long term rentals and have a couple of names of wholesalers, but would like to find some others here in MN to network with.
