We are a family who is getting into the wholesale business and will want to gradually move up to lease options and then to rental property.

My mother and father, me (Cheryl) and my husband (Eric) are working the business. We have all lived here in Anchorage for the past 45 plus years. My dad is into land management, I have a background in executive administration and my husband is currently a property/maintenance manager for 150 apartments - 3 large buildings. My mom is a past school teacher and is home working the system during the day and lets us know what to do after we are done with our day jobs. She is the command center =)

I hope to connect with like minded people so we can help each other build up!
