New to the site, wholesaler/flipper in Palm Beach County

Hi BiggerPockets Community, 

We (my self, my wife, Jess, and my assistant, Michelle) are new to the site. We began really diving into REI last year and are currently focused on wholesaling and flipping.

Would love some feedback from you guys about what you've seen generate the most leads in this area (Palm Beach County, FL)? We've done a few direct mail campaigns that have produced a couple good leads. What else have you had success with?
