Newbie in Columbus

Hello all,

Just getting started in real estate investing as I am about to close on my first property. Friday I close on a duplex that will be owner occupied for a few years until I move out and keep it as a rental property. I'm a dentist by day so don't know how much time and effort I'll put into real estate investing but wanted to use bigger pockets as a resource to learn as much as I can, and see if I want to expand my focus on real estate.
