Hi, my name is Miguel and Im pretty much a newbie to real estate investing industry, however i have completed some real estate seminars and did a lot of research about the different ways you can make money selling real estate, that's how i came across BP and saw the potential of been a member of a community like this one, where i can learn more and have real live examples and help from other members that have done it before. 

  My goal is to make a company with my business partner starting from the bottom to raise some capital, we want to start wholesaling and work our way up as the company grows. I know the basics of the business but have not have any practice yet, im looking forward for pointers, tips, and advice from people that have done it before and pretty much any advice in any areas not just wholesaling, so everyone's advice is welcome.

 My goals for this year is to at least make 5-6 wholesale deals and start my first rehab before this 2016 is over, plz guys tell me if you thing it is doable or if Im drawing the line to close and i need to shoot for a bigger goal.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). Find them through Google and meetup.com
