Hello everyone! I'm new to the site. My name is Jared Yates and I'm looking forward to getting to know some of you. I'm interested in learning about real estate investing. Its something that has interested me for a couple years but I've only just began to seriously consider. I started listening to the podcast while I was at work and it led me here. Again, really excited to get to know some people and maybe even eventually know what I'm doing! :P
