Hi everyone. I joined this forum a couple of weeks ago. My wife and I moved to Southlake, TX about 9 years ago from NY/NJ. We are looking to buy and hold single family residential properties here in Southlake. I have been spending my free time reading as much as I can on this forum and listening to the podcasts.
