I am Matt Pagano from Corona California but invest out of the state. I own 3 properties, 1 in Philadelphia Pa. and 2 in Dayton OH. I am a helicopter mechanic by day and I am trying to build future financial stability, and help pay some of my children's student loans through rentals.

I am trying to find ways to purchase more properties. My Philadelphia home and one Ohio home are conventional 30 yr mortgages. I close on my second Ohio today and paid cash but hope to convert that in 6 months.

I love the information here and hope to learn more. I'm starting to learn how much I didn't know about investing in property. I just started to read Brandon Turners book " The book on rental property investing".

Thanks for reading and I look forward to the future here at bigger pockets.
