New to all of this!

Hey just wanted to tell everyone about my self a little just recently learning about how rental properties can change your life and I'm hooked. I just relocated to Bradenton, Florida for family and to start fresh somewhere. Started learning and reading all I could about 6 months ago when I was living in Indiana and came on vacation to Bradenton for Christmas and my wife and I knew we had to move here but we had just purchased our first home. We knew what we had to do so we got our home ready and got it rented out. We are currently learning more and getting our systems in place. It's been a real finical struggle here lately from moving so far but we are getting things in place and want to start building our business soon any suggestions and tips are great. Thanks everyone
