Hi BP!

My name is David and I am excited to begin investing in Real Estate. I am interested in learning about all aspects of investing, but I am currently leaning towards buy and hold investing (especially BRRRR) for multifamily properties.

Since it is pretty difficult to be cash flow positive in Los Angeles, I am looking to start in other markets such as Las Vegas or Phoenix, but would be open to other markets in Texas or Ohio if I could get the right team in place. I would love to be part of the community and learn from others.
