Hello everyone, my name is Sash. I am from Santa Clartia, CA. I have been watching Bigger Pocket videos on YouTube for some time now. So, I finally decided to join the BP Forum to connect with like minded people. I am looking to invest outside of CA. I am looking for properties with positive cash flow. As you know the market here in CA is at the peak and positive cash flow is impossible unless putting large amount of down payment. I am looking to partner up with investors/ property management comp or real estate agents from other states where I can buy and hold property for positive cash flow.
