Good morning (afternoon for some),

I'm a fairly new investor in the Phoenix metro market. I do have my real estate sales license and have been focused on buy and hold and flipping opportunities.

I've been a "lurker" on BP for many months now and just wanted to say "Hi" as well as thank BP participants. I've been amazed at the diversity of thought and experience and am thankful I get the opportunity to learn as much as I am through the site.
